The FOXWELL NT710 delivers full-system, bi-directional diagnostics on a touchscreen platform for supported luxury and domestic brands. This unit is configured and updated specifically for Mercedes-Benz.
Whether you are troubleshooting a check engine light, preparing for an emissions test, or performing scheduled maintenance, the NT710 gives you the module access and service functions you need without booking a dealer appointment. On-screen menus walk you through each step, and stored scan reports help you track repairs over time.
Coverage: Mercedes-Benz. Connectivity: USB/WiFi. Updates: Free.
The NT710 helps you identify root causes faster by reading fault codes, live sensor values, and module status across the systems it supports:
Beyond reading codes, this scanner runs guided service routines that save money on dealer labor. Available functions depend on your vehicle make, model, and year:
The NT710 communicates with manufacturer-specific modules over the OBD2 port. Use bi-directional tests to activate fans, fuel pumps, and actuators for hands-on troubleshooting. Service functions reset maintenance indicators and perform relearn procedures that normally require a dealer visit.
Designed exclusively for Mercedes-Benz. Brand-specific tool — verify compatibility with your exact vehicle platform and model year.
Always verify that your exact year, make, model, and engine combination is supported before purchase — especially for service resets, bi-directional tests, and brand-specific modules. OBD2 port location is typically under the driver-side dashboard on U.S. vehicles from 1996 onward.
Enthusiasts and independent specialists working primarily on one vehicle brand.
If you regularly work on your own vehicles, run a small repair shop, or buy used cars to flip, the NT710 pays for itself quickly compared to per-visit dealer diagnostics.
FOXWELL has built a reputation for professional-grade automotive diagnostics at a fraction of dealer scan-tool prices. Unlike many subscription-based tools, FOXWELL scanners include free or lifetime firmware updates, clear on-screen DTC definitions, and responsive customer support — making them a practical choice for home garages and independent shops alike.
USB / WiFi (model-dependent). Free updates. Keep firmware current to maintain the widest vehicle coverage and access to newly added service functions.

I have multiple Mercedes and this unit does great. It is easy to use and accurately reads sensors like wheel speed live. I have many hand held units, Bluetooth apps that are awesome, but none are Bi-Directional like this. It is fast, fast enough to not feel slow. My SL600 has a lot of systems to read and it takes 2-3 minutes. I did time it. Overall I could not beat the Christmas sale price so I jumped on it. It has been a great value and perfectly accurate so far. I did run into an error in the first week of use. Foxwell joined the unit remotely and updated my software right in front of my eyes. Cleared the units error and it worked perfectly after. 5 stars guys!

Even though the others said they would deactivate the electric parking brakes, EPB, for brake-pad replacement service, they did not. This unit worked perfect for my 2017 Mercedes S63 AMG coupe.

The first one broke under warranty, however their support is useless and they became totally unresponsive after a few email exchanges. The warranty then ran out and I was informed they would not support the unit anymore due to the expired warranty, even though I began the service ticket during the warranty period. But since brand-name Autel scanners are hideously expensive I went against my better judgement and just bought another one. While it was working, my previous NT710 had impressive features, so I figured I'd give it another shot. Unfortunately, the brand new unit which was just delivered to me is also inoperable. It seems that I was sent a refurbished unit that has already been registered to a previous user, so now the serial number is locked and I cannot connect it to my Foxwell account. Great. Now I have to once again deal with Foxwell support, which is like talking to a brick wall that speaks broken english. I have no idea whether they'll actually help me this time or just hang me out to dry again. If I don't get an

This "Benz" outfitted scantool does more than snappy and is intuitive and much easier to understand. I initially had an issue registering it due to wifi connectivity. You have to clear any networks that are saved at initial startup. Although the tool was new there was a saved network from the factory installed. You also have to turn off the "disconnect wifi" button. All the software and firmware updates are free for life after registration. Try getting something free from the big boys. I first used this tool to properly and quickly calibrate my suspension in a 2014 S Class. It's not a STAR but it's a fraction of the cost without subscription fees. I love it!

I needed a scan tool to recalibrate my uncle's Mercedes e300 so I bought this tool and it will be my first time calibrating suspension which is a new thing for me but all in all it was somewhat easy to use and I say somewhat because I have to go on YouTube and get a little bit more detailed information on how to calibrate suspension airbags on a Mercedes but then after I saw the video and applied the work it was real easy enjoyable and now my uncle is a happy man thank you have a nice day

Expectations were low - I knew I had a sunroof with a software/pinch sensor glitch (vs. an actual jam or bad module). Poked around at some codes and actuation tests, and in a few minutes, had the sunroom recalibrated and finally closing again. No way that would have been a less than $350 charge at the dealer, so... as other reviews have indicated, this is also great for a whole mass of "junk in the trunk" codes (some of which I cleared just because those radios/services have since been discontinued by MB). I can't get over how much information this has with my car. An absolute bargain even if it only serves this model range (but I'll look to expand it - I'm all in on Foxwell at this price point!)
